Hi everyone! It doesn’t look like much but we’ve been keeping busy behind the scenes to make sure you are taken care of during our closure.
We’ve been trying to finish up orders for glasses as much as possible and Dr. Chan has been personally delivering them to your doorsteps, sometimes even via bike to fit in some physically distant exercises.
We also have had many calls regarding your contact lenses. Those who had contacts waiting to be picked up, most of them have been delivered already. For those of you who are running low, have no fear! We are here for you. We can now take orders via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with FREE SHIPPING right to your doorstep. Our prices are very competitive compared to other online stores (have always been our goal). So if you only have about 3 months supply left, we recommend you place an order now due to uncertain supplies.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are still monitoring our emails and we would do our very best to help you. We thank you for your continued support and we earnestly hope that we can see you all soon. #smallbusiness #supportlocal

It is with a very heavy heart that we inform you that we’ll be closed temporarily starting March 19 due to the increasing concerns over the COVID-19 virus. We are extremely saddened by the recent deaths as well as the spike of new cases in our province and our country. So we as a business need to do our part together with so many other businesses in our community to slow down the spread of this virus.
If you have an appointment with us, please know that we have not forgotten about you. As soon as we are ready to open again, whenever it may be, we will be in contact with you to reschedule. For those of you who have ordered products from us and are waiting for pick up, we will be working with our suppliers and labs to have them ready as soon as possible after we reopen, again whenever it may be. We apologize for the inconvenience this sudden change is causing, but we know it is the right thing to do.
We will keep everyone updated via our blog on www.fremonteyecentre.com as well as our social media accounts. We thank you for your grace and patience as we make this closure, and thank you for your continual support. We are together in this crisis and we’ll be SEEing you soon!

In light of recent announcements by our government, we are making some additional changes in our office.
Starting Wednesday March 18, we are shortening our hours from 11-4 Monday to Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Thursday we are open 12-4. We have taken out some furniture in the waiting area to space out seating. We are disinfecting our frames before you try them on.
Again, policies are changing very rapidly. We ask of your patience as we are implementing these changes to keep everyone safe.

The health and safety of our patients, staff and community is our top priority. During this COVID-19 outbreak, we are vigilant and have been disinfecting our office regularly, in addition to the other usual hygiene protocol that we follow.
We ask that you partner with us to keep everyone safe. If you or someone you are in close contact with are showing symptoms such as fever, coughing, runny nose and or sneezing, we ask you to kindly reschedule your appointment, we are always happy to accommodate you with that.
We will continue to monitor the situation and update as needed. We appreciate you all very much, thank you for your continual and gracious support.
